Expectations of Retirement

It’s interesting talking to people about their financial future and their wish age for retirement.

Certainly, the price of housing is having an impact on those expectations for retirement.

People aged between 18 to 35 years of age (“The Start Age”) wish to retire under 60 years of age, those between 35 to 50 years (“The Hard Yards”) wish to retire at 62.5 years of age, while those between 50 to 65 years (“The Accumulation Years”) wish to retire at 65 years of age.

What is interesting is people are actually willing to work into their 70s.

Most people have not implemented basic financial actions, which clearly show where they are at.

They will continue to do what they are doing without committing to a plan.

As a result, they are leaving money behind which they will never get back.

Preparing a strategy, mapping out a plan and implementing these actions can generate wealth into the hundreds of thousands of dollars and into the millions if actioned early enough.

If you are committed to making a difference in your life and not just continue on as you are, then please call our office to see if we can work with each other.
